The result is a set of tips, tricks and basic practices Splunk experts will present to ensure you are using core Splunk to its full potential.

Arizona University uses Splunk for a variety of use cases. Two of the more interesting use cases discussed in this session will be detecting and preventing payroll fraud (detect fraudulent payee account information change) and reducing the impact of phishing by tracking phishing transactions, and then using the information to remediate the impact as well as educating the victim on what to look for and what not to do.
