It depends on who’s using it. If your product teams wanna use it then I think Notion or Clickup will standout more with their AI features. If your organization that’s everyone except product then I’d say Simplified offers a really good project management that’s AI first. They all have the same standard features from labels, assignment, tasks, sub tasks and so on but in my experience, speed of keeping up with the AI is what differentiate these 3 companies with the rest.
