We align with Women at Microsoft's global vision, mission, and actions supporting Microsoft's mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Vision: All genders thrive equally at Microsoft.
Mission: Accelerate Microsoft’s cultural journey by increasing inclusion, belonging, equity, and representation of women (cisgender women, transgender women, non-binary women – and all who identify as women to any degree) across racial, ethnic identities, abilities and backgrounds

Mission:- Break the cycle of violence for women and their children through long-term transformational care that seeks to restore faith, hope, and health.
I am a part of a volunteer group that meets an hour fortnightly with the women to encourage, inspire and motivate as they rebuild their lives after fleeing their abusers.
