What are the best strategies for improving candidate experience during staffing coordination?
Transparency, clear communication, timely feedback, and clearly outlining the interview process from the start are the keys to a successful candidate experience. Making sure candidates understand the process from the initial call and abiding by those steps make for a seamless experience for both the employer and the candidate. I've been on teams where additional one-off conversations happen much too frequently, which causes frustration for candidates. If you cannot figure out whether this is a strong candidate or need an additional read from someone else outside of your original panel, then your interviewing process is broken. Of course, there are scenarios where these are necessary, especially for more senior roles, but they should be rare
