Your team is struggling to stay productive. How can you use AI to improve their wellbeing?
Using AI to help spark and coordinate brainstorming has been a real value-add for our teams. With really good prompting, the ability to get near unlimited creative thought-starters and ideas for our real-world team to evaluate and build on has been great. AI can greatly minimize the 'writers block' stage of the creative process and help to get thoughts on the board for the team to shape. A big watch out however, Ideas are rarely perfect and should always be checked with a human eye to watch out for hallucinations and errors. it's a great example of how AI won't replace humans, but humans who use AI just might replace those who don't.

You’re a marketer interested in AI. How can you make the transition?
Start exploring the tools that are available now. Follow your natural areas of interest and find the tools that can help make you more productive or effective in those areas. Chat GPT is well worth the monthly subscription to get an advanced version. Inside of that creating custom GPTs specific to your work is a great way to start using AI to help you be the best version of yourself possible. Remember - "AI won't replace you, some one who uses AI better than you might."

One of the most important steps is to start experimenting...immediately. Find ways to use AI tools to do simple things that help you administratively or with small projects. Your initial steps may not be game-changers but they are the foundation for your knowledge and competency base that you'll build from on more substantial projects to come. I think its also critical to find a cohort of like-minded individuals that you can share best-practices and ideas with.
