    •Creation of a white paper listing observations and recommendations based upon analysis of the Malignancies Research team.
    •Engaging in team building exercises through the use of StrengthsFinders to better understand individual strengths in relation to the the team's dynamics as a whole.
    •Presented an overview of team charters, facilitating a discussion concerning the key takeaways about creating and using charters in an effective manner.
