Description

Is the primary point of contact for client referrals; collects information as part of pre-screening and data collection. Ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process; manages walk-ins.

  • Answers the intake telephone line
  • Provides general information about AYN services as scripted
  • Ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process
  • Obtains all the necessary pre-assessment admission criteria needed from client; conducts follow-up on admission criteria as necessary.
  • Enters baseline demographic and financial data into ECHO system for each call received
  • Sets up working and non-working open charts for clients prior to admission
  • Completes PCPs

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred. 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status
