Answers the intake telephone line
Provides general information about AYN services as scripted
Ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process
Obtains all the necessary pre-assessment admission criteria needed from client; conducts follow-up on admission criteria as necessary.
Enters baseline demographic and financial data into ECHO system for each call received
Sets up working and non-working open charts for clients prior to admission
Completes PCPs

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred. 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status
