Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Access Order Coordinator! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing vendor orders and ensuring seamless communication between our vendors and internal teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Vendor Orders: Manage the process from order initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.

Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between our vendors and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and efficient resolution of any issues.

Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, working closely with Project Management and other departments to achieve project goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the timely delivery and quality of services provided by our vendors, maintaining high standards of excellence.

Required Qualifications

Telecommunications Experience: Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is essential, with knowledge of vendor operations being a plus.

Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel or similar tools are necessary for managing and analyzing project data.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Skills: Experience in project management is beneficial, but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
