Account Coordinator

Fruition is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide Account Coordinator services. The Account Coordinator will work with our Digital Marketing team to provide support to ensure the successful execution of our digital marketing initiatives for our clients, including client correspondence, scheduling tasks, managing deadlines, and general production oversight. The Account Coordinator contractor must be organized, LOVES DEADLINES, will be proactive, and will assume responsibility for their tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

Job Description

General responsibilities of the Account Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Digital Marketing team in the support and management of accounts
• Communicating issues to the Account Manager and digital marketing team
• Quick response time to support internal and client requests
• Understanding of all services offered
• Coordinates and manages projects/tasks to ensure workflow and deadlines are met
• Communicates effectively
• Keeps thorough records of all communication
• Informs Account Manager and digital marketing team regularly of account progress for all assigned clients
  
  

Required Key Skills and Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with or a strong interest in digital marketing
• Demonstrates great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  
  

Location Requirements

• Denver-based only!
• Ability to work in the Denver, CO office. Work from home available.

Salary Range

• $40,000-$55,000 total annual on-target earnings (base salary plus bonus), commensurate with experience, skills, education, and/or training
