What You Would Do

• Entering new customers into Quickbooks
• Entering customer receipts into Quickbooks and i360
• Credit card reconciliation, collecting statements and receipts, coding expenses in Divvy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in Bill.com
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  
  

What We Need for this Role

• 1+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Quickbooks
