Accounting Specialist

This is NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY. However, you will be able to work on a Hybrid Schedule.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Have a basic understanding of accounting
• Invoice clients in accordance with their specific requirements
• Ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable
• Post bank and credit card transactions to the general ledger
• Reconcile assigned accounts
• Enter and process payroll
• Provide requested financial reporting to leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in an accounting/bookkeeper role

• Experience using QuickBooks

• Excel – pivot tables, vlookups and macros
