Job Type: Full time
Compensation: Between $32,800 and $48,000 based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices, post accurately to the general ledger in accordance with budget and GAAP principles.
- Assist in preparing the check run, vendor correspondence.
- Maintain Concur system and handle administration of corporate AMEX cards.\
- Process and approve employee travel reimbursements.
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare expense accruals as needed for month-end and year-end financials.
- Assist with audit preparation of workpapers and provide support.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
- Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive financial information.
