Accounts Payable Accounting Specialist - Full Time - Hybrid

Hybrid: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: Between $32,800 and $48,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices, post accurately to the general ledger in accordance with budget and GAAP principles.
• Assist in preparing the check run, vendor correspondence.
• Maintain Concur system and handle administration of corporate AMEX cards.\
• Process and approve employee travel reimbursements.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations.
• Prepare expense accruals as needed for month-end and year-end financials.
• Assist with audit preparation of workpapers and provide support.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
• Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive financial information.
• Comprehensive experience with computer systems.
