Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support primarily for a team of attorneys.
Assist with calendar management and coordinate travel arrangements.
Reconcile and submit expense reports while managing CLE submissions.
Organize morale events for the team, including meeting planning, event coordination, and budget management.
Procure goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, and facilities requests as necessary.
Open new CMR matters, update budgets in the T360 online system.
Safeguard highly sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a backup to the Business Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required for eligibility in this role.
Minimum of 2+ years of overall experience in the field required.
Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Visio.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Proven initiative-taking capability and adeptness at working under pressure.
Ability to work independently while being a problem solver.
Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools like MSExpense 2.0, MSTravel, MyOrder is advantageous; knowledge of T360 database is beneficial.
Background or understanding of the legal profession is a plus.
