Aerospace Management Assistant

Under general supervision and reporting to the Operations Manager, The Management Assistant for the LMCO International Team serves as a vital link between corporate leadership and the field TSM’s to ensure the TSM’s have the tools and information needed to effectively meet the requirements of the LMCO leadership. Additionally, the incumbent will prepare data and presentations for leadership of LMCO. Incumbents must have solid project management experience with focus on technical Excel skills, and strong organizational behaviors, as well as interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships to the top levels of LMCO corporate team. This will be accomplished through daily on-site presence and interaction with LMCO leadership. The incumbent will have regular interaction with the executive leadership and will need to possess communication and presentation skills for that level of interaction (verbal, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, etc).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.

As requested directly by LMCO International leadership:

  • Manages all customer and internal spreadsheets, customer interface portals, and other relatable tools as provided by LMCO
  • Manage customer internal systems, including all bolt-ons
  • Manages all notes/action lists, RAIL items etc.
  • Tracks flow of all information for the team
  • Drives the teams’ actions to complete assignments and mitigate risk
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly status reports and communicates actions and plans to all stakeholder within the team and with applicable customers
  • Prepares presentations and participates as necessary
  • Facilitate internal meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Knowledge of:

  • MS Office Tools, with special emphasis on Excel
  • Experience working project management activities in a multi-dimensional project

Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel intermediate skills required)
  • Fluent English – reading and writing is required
  • Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong independent decision-making skills; excellent analytical skills and professional judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Python, Java Script, or equivalent coding
  • Excel “v-lookup”, pivot tables, and/or macro-enabled experience required
  • Knowledge of Domain Name Server (DNS) and Proxies required
  • Experience using MS Teams and /or MS SharePoint
  • Experience with Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) required

Ability to:

  • Ensure the accuracy of data and information
  • Understand, interpret, apply, and explain applicable policies and procedures
  • Prioritize and escalate matters to supervisor as appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality of company documents and records
  • Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Pass pre-hire background check including credit screening

Supervision Received:

  • The work is performed under remote supervision of Trigo with direct interfacing of LMCO International Management

Education And Experience

  • Manufacturing Experience – 5-10 years, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain, QA, Production Control, or another related department
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, quality assurance or related field (preferred qualification)
  • Experience working on projects, customer interface/interactions and completing projects in a timely fashion
  • Any combination of education and experience may be considered

Licenses, Certificates & Other Requirements:

  • US citizenship for US based positions
  • Fluent English – reading and writing is required
  • Pass pre-hire background check including criminal, DMV
  • Pass Pre-hire Drug Screening

Pay Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Trigo considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
