Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of AI-driven products, utilizing skills in prompt engineering, NLP, and machine learning to deliver innovative solutions. This role requires collaboration, creativity, flexibility, and smart planning to operate in an agile environment. You will own all aspects of the product from shaping the vision to supporting and managing it and ensure successful delivery of AI features. This role will continuously assess and synthesize outcomes of AI solutions, and research other market problems that would benefit from generative AI and ML technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing Product Ownership roles and responsibilities, a solid understanding of various agile management tactics and processes.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs, leveraging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with user needs.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable features and enhancements, and is ready for implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers, to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI products & Adoption.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, monitor performance against goals, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and experimentation.
• Lead the sprint planning, product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
• Coordinate communication with all areas of IT and business.
• Ensure all internal controls and policies have adhered and systems change management.
• Keep abreast with AI & ML best practices and new trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous working experience as a Product Manager/Owner for 5+ years
• 2+ years of Product Manager/Owner with a focus on AI & ML products.
• Proven success in a leadership role with responsibility for delivery of software development projects within either technology services or software product company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate complex business and software requirements in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product needs.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, success-driven team environment.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects.
