Shift time: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Summary
The Sr. Lease Analyst is responsible to coordinate functions of Lease Administration to include, new lease and amendment abstraction and review when needed; rent commencement lease payment authorizations related thereto; lease database management; key lease dates, company reports and lease clarifications.
Requirements
At least 5 years of Lease experience, preferably in a high volume setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and Outlook. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight scheduled guidelines. Ability to clearly, accurately, and professionally communicate verbally and via email with internal and external customers and establish effective working relationships. Ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency with a proven ability to respond to and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work in a high paced team environment.
Qualifications
Experience with Real Estate Databases, Legal research, contract negotiation and/or contract administration.
