1) Providing L1 support – identify production issues, assess root causes, aptly work with L2 contacts to address issues that need additional support, and appropriately communicate timely status updates to Product Owners and Account Managers on behalf of Technology. Track all issues in Jira and Production impacting issues in Service Now.
2) Linux and Windows OS Scripting
3) SQL
4) Some Java (can read code – not a developer)
5) Willingness to support and develop Power BI Dashboards for Production Support Monitoring
The candidate will be super proactive, and engaged, and have very strong communication skills with a proven track record of Production Support experience.
