We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to write , design, and deliver proposals, presentations, and other collateral and promotional materials used to help the firm win pursuits. The ideal candidate will be passionate about elevating our position in the A/E/C industry and winning business pursuits
This position requires someone experienced in preparing qualifications packages and proposals, preferably in the A/E/C industry
Under the direction of the Sr Marketing Communications Manager, candidates can expect to: Write, design, produce, and edit marketing collateral, including portfolios, qualifications packages, proposals, and presentations. Support and coordinate internal, partner, and subcontractor teams on pursuits; work with team (s) to ensure high-quality , custom material is delivered on time. Distill RFP/Q submission requirements ; Schedule and track production of proposals/qualifications materials to meet deadlines
Proofread and edit for readability and compliance with RFP/Q requirements. Maintain fact and image databases and work closely with project teams to categorize all photography. Manage and keep CRM up to date. Support marketing research initiatives. Learn and maintain deep knowledge of EHDD's global portfolio of work and expertise . Support the firm's mission and core values. Required Skills 3 + years experience in a similar marketing and/or proposal coordination function. 2-4 year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, Interior Design or related field preferred but not required
Architecture/Engineering/Construction Industry experience preferred
Knowledge of industry marketing fundamentals and A/E/C terminology is a bonus . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
Proven a bility to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Portfolio of work that demonstrates exceptional visual and verbal communication skills. Strong editing and creative writing skills. Impeccable attention to detail. Desired Q ualities Experience writing and presenting proposals for A/E/C firms. Experience using AI and other tools to create efficiencies in the proposal coordination process. Strategic thinker who can learn to articulate EHDD differentiators and develop a proposal narrative . Self-motivator who likes to work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels. Takes ownership of high - quality deliverables, with i mpeccable attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and organizational skills. Proactive , highly communicative with a strong work ethic. Adaptable to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with changes, delays, and unexpected events. This is a full-time position with the expectation of being in the office at least 3 days a week, subject to change according to company policy. Candidates MUST live in the San Francisco Bay Area and be able to commute to the office in the city. The base salary is one component of EHDD's competitive compensation package for employees. We consider a variety of factors, including skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity, and geographic location in determining the salary offered.
