Area Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Area Vice President to join our company's growing leadership team. In this role, you will provide management and oversight, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times. You will collaborate with all senior leadership in order to meet the company's objectives in addition to having a passion for success and a proven record of successful strategic planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the area sales processes for Mobily, such as implementing sales strategies to increase productivity and ensure overall organization profitability.
• Identify areas for improvement and strategies to generate sales, as well as integrate efficient sales programs into company practice to minimize use of company resources while maximizing the customer base.
• Work with subordinates to demonstrate the value of Mobily products and services to ensure there is an excellent customer experience to increase the possibility of repeat business.
• Ability to use leadership skills to motivate sales professionals to increase sales and brand loyalty.
• Work with numerous tools to track sales progress, create charts, and write detailed sales reports for upper management to review and revise.

Requirements:

• Experience in overseeing 100+ retail stores/locations across multiple states/markets.
• Previous experience in Retail Post-Paid Wireless REQUIRED.
• Ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to tackle sales obstacles with innovative solutions.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and have excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to perform effectively on their own with minimal supervision.
