Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Teacher at West Smithfield Elementary. The Art Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering art lessons, developing the art curriculum, teaching students various art techniques, and fostering a creative and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
Strong teaching skills and ability to engage students in art education
Proficiency in painting and various art techniques
Knowledge of child development and effective instructional strategies
Creativity and ability to inspire and motivate students
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field
Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
