Join the mission as an Associate Client Delivery Manager. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to support NetSPI's Client Management team and team of consultants in a variety of functions. This person will work to support Senior members of the Client Management team in delivering penetration testing engagements for one of NetSPI's enterprise financial services clients. They will collaborate with various application teams to help them mitigate risks in their applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Delivery Managers on project management responsibilities
  • Drive test-readiness with application teams
  • Help Client Delivery Managers prioritize and schedule activities related to the program based on Compliance Dates and Go-Live Dates
  • Contribute to resource allocation on projects from kickoff conversations, initial testing, remediation testing and post-testing conversations
  • Help create and upkeep project documentation/reports (status report, project spreadsheets etc.)
  • Manage smaller Services projects, including scope, schedule, and budget to achieve project milestones and goals while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Effectively manage and communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders in a timely manner and drive to resolution
  • Manage onboarding & offboarding of resources to the program as needed
  • Oversee completion of quarterly client required training for associated NetSPI resources


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 year(s) of project management experience
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Ability to work with other Client Delivery Managers and Leadership on resource management and planning
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying life cycles
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM & FinancialForce PSA
  • Experience with Archer or similar vulnerability management system(s)
  • Experience with delivering professional services engagements in the financial industry
