Since 2014, we've created the global brands Marley Spoon and Dinnerly to deliver meal kits with unique, easy-to-cook recipes and top-quality, pre-portioned ingredients.

What you'll do:

This is a hands-on role that will support all areas of the business for the US segment of Marley Spoon. Expected tasks will include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that reflect an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire marketing process, from ideation to completion, demonstrating a hands-on approach to all aspects of the marketing mix in collaboration with the head of B2B
  • Develop and implement B2B go-to-market strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform decision-making
  • Partner with product management to create B2B product/service offerings that address customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key B2B customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Effectively communicate marketing results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership


Requirements

Qualifications (Diplomas, Certifications, Training):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Must Have:

  • 4+ years of managing/developing large-scale commercial products for the public sector
  • 2+ years of building and leading a team of SMEs
  • Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and organization of institutional events
  • Experience in enhancing product design for scalability, and collaborating with business leaders, operators, and supply chain experts
  • Proficiency in market analysis and creating product roadmaps to meet market needs required
  • Expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis and budgeting to maximize profitability and mitigate risks in product development required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Analytical thinking and action-oriented execution
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Proficient in GSuite/Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
