Benefits Services Manager
ProService is seeking a Benefits Services Manager to lead and develop a team of benefit specialists to maximize organizational value. In this role you will directly manage a team of 8+, and drive towards results through your passion for client experiences to champion accuracy, efficacy, and excellence in benefits administration.
As the Benefits Services Manager, your impact reaches far beyond leadership. You'll be the internal escalation point and resident benefits expert, guiding client presentations and internal teams with your expertise. You will forge inter-departmental cohesion and partner relationships to ensure seamless integration, upholding our quality standards.

What You'll Do
Primarily manage and lead a team of 8+ direct reports, inspiring your team to strive for quality, efficiency, and service excellence
Create a culture of personal accountability for core team deliverables, driving team members to results and success
Elevate our client service to unprecedented levels by overseeing benefit procedures, managing annual enrollments, and playing a pivotal role in our department's continued success
What You'll Bring To The Team
Proven deep experience successfully managing and leading teams - balancing the push towards KPIs with coaching and developing team members as appropriate
Drive to personal and team success - don't settle for good, but strive for excellence, and have high individual standards
An understanding of employer-sponsored benefits and associated state and federal regulations; CEBS certification desired
A creative thinker with bias toward action
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate with partners and team members at all levels
Experience with PEO/HRO firm preferred
Experience with HRP/PRISM preferred

The base compensation for this position is $85,000 to $125,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
We support a hybrid working environment, and this position is located in Hawaii-Kai, Honolulu, HI. Our normal business hours are 8am - 5pm HST. Remote opportunities available for candidates willing to work Hawaii Standard Time.
