Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an Onsite Industrial Staffing Recruiter in West Palm Beach. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and managing a pool of skilled industrial professionals to meet the staffing needs of our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier industrial talent.
Candidate Engagement: Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, fostering long-term relationships.
Screening and Selection: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client placements.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance and meet targets.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining high standards of ethical recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven track record in industrial staffing/recruitment, demonstrating expertise in candidate sourcing and placement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
