About The Position
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives? We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Virtual Clinical Educator to join our team. In this role, you'll use your clinical expertise and empathetic approach to provide personalized support to patients navigating complex therapies. You'll be the trusted advocate for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with care and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, offering support from beginning to end of their treatment journey.
Build genuine connections with patients, fostering trust and rapport through empathetic engagement.
Provide comprehensive education on diseases, treatment options, and device usage, ensuring patients feel empowered and informed.
Proactively reach out to patients, offering ongoing support and guidance to address any barriers or concerns they may encounter.
Empower patients through personalized interactions, creating moments of encouragement and celebration throughout their journey.
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to understand and address patient needs effectively.
Collaborate closely with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure the success of the patient support program.
Offer guidance on accessing resources and support groups to enhance patients' overall experience.
Provide health coaching and assistance with medication adherence to promote positive outcomes.
Deliver timely feedback to healthcare providers and ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license.
Previous experience in telephonic patient support, including inbound/outbound call systems.
Strong background in patient education, with experience in infusion or injection therapies.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change coaching.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient-centered focus.
