We are looking to fill a Hybrid long-term Contract role as a Business analyst in Des Moines, IA.
Mode of Interview: Webcam interview
We are looking for a strategic Business Analyst skilled at consulting with executive-level stakeholders to define business needs or problems, with Project Management or Scrum Master experience, capable of facilitating team meetings and demonstrating project progress

We are looking for a strategic Business Analyst skilled at consulting with executive-level stakeholders to define business needs or problems, with Project Management or Scrum Master experience, capable of facilitating team meetings and demonstrating project progress
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with the following:
- Involvement in prior technology implementations
- Proficient understanding of the software development lifecycle and related methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, and understand business and technical requirements
- Experience testing system against test cases and technical specifications, document results; QA
- Experience preparing technical specifications (technical documentation)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Visio, Jira
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders
- Experience participating in vendor-managed solution development projects
- Proficient at communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of responsibility
- Experience in performing Systems integration and UAT
- Knowledge of business process analysis, techniques, design, and development
- Working knowledge of file transfer protocols, web services and APIs - writing requirements on interfaces.
- Skilled in developing and executing testing strategies, test plans, and test cases.
