- Performing in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborating with various teams to gather and document business requirements for new ventures.
- Evaluating the prospective impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and workflows.
- Creating and presenting informative reports and presentations based on thorough research and analysis.
- Identifying and suggesting process optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Assisting in user acceptance testing and solution validation.
- Evaluating and streamlining business processes to elevate overall performance.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Providing ongoing support and training to end-users on new processes and system functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis or a similar role.
