Position Overview:

TouchSuite is seeking a technical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Special Projects team. As a Business Analyst at TouchSuite, you will play a crucial role on our special projects teams team focusing on business process improvement, system enhancements, implementations, API integrations and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows
• Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
• Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technologies relevant to business analysis
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
