Business Analyst - Product Design (Remote)

Location: RemoteJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $80,000 - 90,000 per yearOur client, a growing tech company in the Learning Machine Systems industry based in the Midwest, is hiring a Business Analyst on a full-time, fully remote basis. This role's mission is to enhance the team's efforts in delivering an effortless and engaging user experience for customers in various industries. This BA will have the opportunity to partner with various teams, including UX Design, Product, Developers, Customer Service/Customer Experience, Sales and more. Responsibilities:Work closely with the product team to understand core concepts and develop comprehensive use cases.Elevate the aesthetic and functional appeal of the software through thoughtful user interface and user experience design improvements.Collaborate with the team to refine user stories and clarify project requirements.Decompose features into manageable user stories to create small, actionable deliverables.Compile detailed documentation capturing client needs, including both functional and non-functional requirements.Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Collaborate with developers and testers to estimate effort for capacity planning through user story grooming.Engage in all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.Liaise with stakeholders to accurately capture and understand their requirements.Develop and analyze detailed functional specifications.Work with the Product Manager/Product Owner to prioritize and execute project tasks.Coordinate with developers to build and implement effective technology solutions.Assist the design team with tasks such as updating design patterns, visual assets, implementing UI improvements, and supporting marketing efforts.Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visual design, and user experience.Conduct testing on completed applications, websites, and software to evaluate and improve user experience.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the team.Support the UI/UX Designer in documenting style guide standards.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedEducation: Bachelors (required)Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role.Experience working with Azure Devops (or JIRA, ASANA or a similar tool).Experience defining software requirements for complex products using the Agile software delivery methodology.JOBID: 1057105#PL Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
