Job Summary:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Candidate should possess previous experience working within a scrum team to deliver features to production on a monthly basis. Partner with business teams to understand high level user stories and then break them apart into detailed UI requirements to determine how this item will be marked as Done.
Candidate will work with accessibility and UI/UX team to continue refining/breakdown high level stories into detailed requirements and application workflows. Experience with reading and comprehending how fields/requirements will tie back to API's using swagger. Previous experience with Jira and lead/participate in product scrum ceremonies.
Ability to write release notes, create new feature presentations, and solution diagrams to hand over to other team members.
Previous day to day experience using Jira and agile methodologies is required.
Jira experience/knowledge a must
