To proactively perform, including the supplying of information, the storage, maintenance, update, retrieval and compilation of current and valid equipment certification records for operational equipment utilised by the Company/Business Unit/function.
Key Activities And Accountabilities
Ensure the effective and efficient day to day running of the Certification Department that covers the records for inspection, maintenance and test of Base and Operational Equipment.
Liaise with Operational and Operations Support Managers / Supervisors to establish Equipment certification requirements so that the operational demands of Expro are met in line with the customer’s requirements.
Witness, check and inspect equipment pressure test and associated maintenance and certification documents, ensuring that inspections, checks and reports are performed and completed in accordance with Company procedures and Industry specifications.
Liaise and co-ordinate with support functions, third Party and Customer representatives on all aspects of Equipment Certification Records and documents.
Ensure the timely issue of maintenance job cards and that the subsequent maintenance history is updated on the company database. 6. Proactively monitor the status of operational equipment and actively ensure that equipment undergoes maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the Expro Verification Scheme under SI 913.
Job Knowledge And Qualifications
4+ years experience working within a Quality Assurance Certification Department
Working knowledge of relevant Equipment Verification Schemes e.g. SI 913
