Change Management Manager

*General Experience:

♦ Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support, and organizational readiness.

♦ Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences.

♦ Demonstrated experience conducting meetings and making presentations.

♦ Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor.

♦ Previous experience with large-scale, technology-related change.

♦ Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

♦ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

♦ Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

♦ Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule.

♦ Comfortable and confident presenting to front line and executives.

*Specialized Experience:

♦ Large scale system deployment experience within a healthcare organization.

♦ Prosci or other Change Management certification a plus
