- Proven experience of 3 – 5 years in chatbot development, with a focus on the Kore.ai platform
- Experience with API integration and database connectivity
- Experience with chatbot deployment and maintenance in production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with chatbot analytics tools and reporting.
- Experience in designing and implementing multilingual chatbots.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Kore.ai certification or training.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for chatbot projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions on the Kore.ai platform.
- Create conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize chatbot interactions.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot intelligence.
- Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases.
- Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Monitor chatbot performance and make improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI.
