Rare opportunity to partner as co-founder and CEO with an entrepreneur who built a NASDAQ 100 media company, co-founded and was the 2nd largest shareholder of a DOW 30 technology company, has started 4 publicly traded companies, has been the first or second largest shareholder in companies worth over $350 billion and has more than 300 million monthly users today using his various products. This individual has already partnered directly with a select group of CEOs who have built 4 unicorns and numerous other highly successful companies rewarding investors and management.

Despite the criterion below I am looking for someone very special who posses deep in-site into the future application of AI and a very nuanced understanding of how to use AI to develop much more efficient and automated marketing programs and instinctly knows the architecture of the next generation of great companies.

What follows is a wish list of skills but if you find yourself obsessed with clever, novel uses of AI, deeply understand its capabilities, and you are only 26 you are still welcome to apply. From zero to 100 people passion, dedication to product quality, clever marketing and innovation crushes in importance many of the skills below which are essential to growing a very large company. Together we can round out the missing technical management pieces, but not the pieces based on human character. They are non negotiable.

Role Summary:

As CEO, you will drive the company’s vision, overseeing all operational, strategic, and business aspects. You will be directly responsible for the execution of the company’s business strategy, building on our innovative AI and data analytics foundation to deliver exceptional value to our customers. The CEO will lead our efforts to disrupt the legal industry, ensuring we deliver on our promise to transform how legal services are accessed, delivered, and experienced.

• Build an ethical, leadership-by-example organization that works to identify, recognize, and reward individual contributions.
• Product first. Be dedicated to product quality and recognize its primacy in company success.
• Drive the company’s strategic vision and ensure it aligns with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Possess a burning passion to accomplish something truly important.
• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results which are measured and the data collected used for constant organizational improvement.
• Build a strong company culture of respect, innovation, and willingness to take risks and think outside the box.
• Enhance, finesse, and implement organizational processes and systems to ensure optimal performance. Recognize when smartical tactical moves can create long term advantage.
• Spearhead the company’s fundraising efforts to secure adequate financing for operations and expansion.
• Direct the company’s marketing and sales processes to attract new customers and develop strategies for maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to inspire employees to live up to their potential and optimize their productivity.
• Understanding of AI technologies and data analytics applied in a business context.
• Deep knowledge of various aspects of internet marketing and digital customer acquisition strategies.
• Prior experience as a CEO or in a similar managerial role, or a really good story of why you can do the job without the prior management roles. The most successful CEO I ever partnered with had never held P&L responsibility before. Another worked as a systems admin and he built and sold the company for $640 mm.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in fundraising and networking with investors or be able to demonstrate the ability to never stop working until the goal is achieved.
• An extraordinary amount of energy and drive.

Nobody I’ve worked with has ever checked every box, including me, but the most important attribute a great CEO’s has is the ability to look at themselves critically and objectively. Are you really the kind of person that can hire and lead a team of truly astounding people to build and market products that people genuinely love making, and people genuinely love using?

All the greatest CEOs of all time were not hired as former CEO’s. You will be a co-founder with the passion needed to create an entirely new industry.
