Chief Financial Officer -Multi-Location- Industrial Services- Private Equity

Our client is a well-established provider of industrial services and a dominant industry player in their sector, now seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner strategically with their executive team as the company moves to the next level.

You will build and manage a “lean and mean”, high performance team with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and administrative functions. This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on a significant level in operational direction. You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, from cost accounting and inventory management to acquisition integration plans and managing the banking relationships.

You will be a hands-on leader involved in all growth initiatives and a player-coach CFO with the finance and accounting team while providing support across the entire organization. We require previous experience leading, scaling and professionalizing a multi-location industrial services organization where you have implemented best practices and KPIs including revenue cycle management, reporting and balance sheet management.
