Summary Of Position

Bring innovation and vision to new strategic partnerships and/or clients in the next-generation digital healthcare arena. In this fast-paced role, you’ll function as a trusted subject matter expert both internally and externally on all things related to client implementation. You will coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain implementation schedules and communicate statuses. Ensuring the project is implemented within the established timeline, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements are met is a key and critical responsibility. You will also be responsible for managing multiple client implementations and projects simultaneously while working closely with multiple functions and teams across the organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Launch Teladoc products, programs and services
  • Implement, maintain project plans and playbooks for all ongoing business
  • Responsible for transitioning the client to the appropriate Client Management team for ongoing support
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and organization skills in order to own key projects end to end, including discovery, analysis, solution planning and delivery with executive read outs and reporting throughout lifecycle of project
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with all departments (IT, sales, marketing, operations) and all levels of the organization
  • Presentation Skills: Facilitate on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client and collaborate with clients about concerns
  • Use organization wide and departmental KPIs to drive prioritization and decision-making
  • Support key projects end to end, including discovery, analysis, solution planning and delivery with executive read outs and reporting throughout lifecycle of project
  • Support the delivery of enterprise tools that allow the Client Strategy team to seamlessly configure and manage new clients across Commercial Partnerships, Health Systems, Strategic Programs and Implementation Services,
  • Support Go-To-Market / pilots /Sales RFP process
  • Help identify new strategies to support a first class client implementation experience
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, thorough communication, and effectively convey diverse client needs internally
  • Travel occasionally for business.

Qualifications Expected For Position

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of professional and client-facing experience and/or direct project management experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a similarly regulated environment
  • The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance competing priorities cross-functionally
  • A metrics-driven approach, with the ability to set and track individual project metrics that are linked to company and team goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, communicating with upper management, cross-functional teams and clients
  • Strong project management skills, proven ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must
  • Official PMP Certification a plus

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
