Mission Statement: Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. Reporting Channel: See supplemental organizational hierarchy for direct supervisor
Hours: Monday-Friday, 12-14 hours a week, at least 2 evenings a week. No weekends!
Sub-products
Manage waste/ garbage and recycling in and around the outside clinic, replace bags
Maintains supply for maintenance room, kitchen,
Cleans/disinfects dishes, toys, equipment, (everything in clinic basically)
Load, Run, unload dishwasher and sanitizing unit as appropriate
Empties dirty toy bins in treatment rooms
Laundry (separate by therapy supply vs cleaning rags), stock linen cart
Restocks products throughout clinic (toilet paper and other paper products, soap, sanitizer refill units and white cleaning baskets (in cabinets)
Keeps clinic tidy, organized, decluttered
Responsible for outdoor gym cleaning, towels, garbage
Seasonal planting by entrances and maintaining
Empty dehumidifiers
Light shoveling and salting walkway and entrances
Light duty maintenance (plunge toilet)
Weed control close to buildings
Maintain outdoor toy carts
Keep organization system in toy cabinets
Assist with clinic decorations, holiday cheer
Refill water cooler and cups
Put away products, equipment by back door, breakroom, and around clinic
Clean microwaves, other small appliances as needed
Clean oral motor tools and sensory brushes
Change lightbulbs
Clean glass doors as needed
Mop floors as needed in between cleaning days
Vacuum and straighten up clinicians’ offices/areas cleaners cannot access due to HIPAA
Maintain clocks on walls
Change batteries in toys, equipment etc
Put basic things together
Pumps up balls and necessary therapy equipment
Clean out refrigerators
Prep clinic for cleaners/take down and disinfect after cleaners
Empty shred it bins in staff areas
Complete requests in communication notebook and verbally within reason
assist therapist if requested for treatment session
Cycle out toys in waiting room, restock books
Filing, scanning, photocopying
Basic computer knowledge, good phone etiquette
FD cross training responsibilities
Laminating
Making and posting signs throughout clinic
Advise staff of proper cleaning procedures/products
Follow OSHA and Rehab Agency cleaning/product/procedural requirements
