Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Clinical Scheduling Coordinator will possess a dynamic personality and excels in leading Teams meetings with internal stakeholders. They are organized, detail-oriented, possess professional writing skills while facilitating communication between administrative teams and employees. You will be both a team player and independent worker and possess strong computer and data entry skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage shared inbox for team member requests and callouts
  • Built & maintain team schedules in scheduling platform
  • Gather & organize data for quarterly time off approvals and holiday coverage
  • Initiate regular team member outreach to fill shifts as business needs fluctuate
  • Attend weekly scheduling review providing notes and assisting with action item follow through
  • Facilitate scheduling introduction for new team members during onboarding
  • Maintain awareness of new hires and update team schedule accordingly
  • Document scheduling processes and keep records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks when required.
  • Approve weekly timecards for physician teams?

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in similar role
  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office including word, excel, teams, & outlook
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Remote work, equipment is provided.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Physical Demands

Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
