Cloud Engineering Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineering Program Manager with a background in leading network calls, weekly meetings, scrums, or workshops. The ideal candidate will have a strong cloud engineering background and experience with ticketing systems and product lifecycle management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead network calls, weekly meetings, scrums, and workshops.
• Manage cloud engineering projects and initiatives.
• Managing the triage process for tickets between 2 engineering teams
• Utilize ticketing systems (preferably Azure DevOps) and product lifecycle management tools.
• Oversee engineering change management and program management for engineering teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with ticketing systems (preferably ADO) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering change management or program management for engineering teams.
• Strong cloud engineering background.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
