Our Commercial Construction Department is growing and we’re seeking a Superintendent! As a Commercial Superintendent, you’ll be in charge of taking the lead on assigned out of town Commercial Construction Projects like (but not limited to) hotels, restaurants, and churches.

Our perfect candidate has been in a superintendent role for 3-5 years, has construction field experience and enjoys working on out-of-town construction sites. Are you currently a project manager and miss or want to get experience in field management? APPLY TODAY!

  • You will be in charge of the day-to-day field leadership of all subcontractors and any company team members assigned to your job site.
  • Relationships with subcontractors, other team members and the client are a part of this job. You will lead field subcontractor and client meetings.
  • While you may occasionally swing a hammer, your primary role will be to keep the job running on or ahead of schedule and at a high level as it relates to our company standards. You will be the head of quality control for your job site.
  • This is an out-of-town role for potential jobs we have in the pipeline that could turn in to a permanent position.
  • While you will work in conjunction with a project manager, you will also take an active role in the overall financial wellbeing and scheduling of the project.

Commercial Construction Superintendent:

Got to Have:

  • 3 years of experience in a construction field leadership role.
  • Leadership abilities
  • English fluency
  • Blueprint reading
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to use business technology, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Sage 300 or Timberline software
  • Project Management experience
  • Construction management degree, certificate, or training
  • OSHA training
