1. Nurture, leverage and engage with relationships with existing and potential energy efficiency utilities and partners
2. Lead, develop and execute energy efficiency marketing strategies and assit in developing go-to-marketing plans to help Midea achieve strategic business goals
3. Collaborate with Programs & Promotions/ Communication manager to leverage go-to-market campaigns of Midea brand
4. Explore business opportunities and increase product sales by acting as a sales brand manager, by integrating perfectly with the sales team
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy and public relationships
2. Knowledge of energy markets, systems and policies, renewable energy technology and associated infrastructure
3. Experienced in renewable energy project development or renewable energy finance, utility operations or independent system operator functions, ideally with experience relating to HVAC industry.
4. Strong stakeholder outreach and engagement capabilities including advanced public-speaking and presentation skills
5. Experience with environmental permitting and/or working with regulators
