We are looking for a Community Development Manager for one of our investment products - international dating app.
The product is a groundbreaking dating app that embraces a sex-positive approach and places a strong emphasis on the safety and comfort of our women users. The entire feature set has been designed with a focus on prioritizing women's safety and comfort. Every aspect of the app, from its user experience to its monetization approach, has been carefully crafted to create a secure and comfortable environment for women users.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Defining and regularly engaging with target niche communities/groups;
  • Participating in relevant offline events to recruit the target audience and find potential partners;
  • Organizing local offline events Implementing joint projects with relevant partners;
  • Participating in PR activities to maintain a positive company image in the media;
  • Gathering feedback from the core target audience.

Requirements:

  • To be based in NYC or near it (to be able to visit offline events in NYC);
  • Native/fluent English;
  • Profound knowledge and experience in sexual wellness company/product/app;
  • Having contacts and understanding key stakeholders in the sex-positive community in the USA;
  • Ability to generate creative ideas within business objectives and evaluate their potential effectiveness;
  • Organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Preference is given to an open-minded persons who are active participants in the kinky sex-positive community;
  • An understanding of the ethical and legal considerations of the sex-positive community;
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build enduring relationships;
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure mutually beneficial agreements;
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends.

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in the locations where we have offices or co-working. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years
