Position –Computer Field Technician

Location: Groton CT 06340

Duration: long term

Pay rate $21.50/HR ON W2 + MILEAGE

No driving, however if needed to assist other areas resource may be required to drive

Job Description:

• you will work in a highly directed environment.
• Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script.
• You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties, Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.

• Your assignments will include repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards, You may also perform whole unit swaps, repair, or replace PC peripherals
