- Contact Center solutions for large Enterprise – 5+ years experience
- Cloud storage integration – 1+ year experience
- Agile Kanban methodology – 3+ years experience
- MSSQL Server Administration – 5+ years experience
- Windows Server Administration – 5+ years experience
- Linux RHEL 8 Server Administration – 5+ years experience
- Bash/Korn shell scripting – 2+ years experience
