- Hitachi HCP or StorageGrid – 1+ year experience
- Wilmac Continuity Replay – Nice to have
- Contact Center solutions for large Enterprise – 5+ years experience
- Cloud storage integration – 1+ year experience
- Agile Kanban methodology – 3+ years experience
- MSSQL Server Administration – 5+ years experience
- Windows Server Administration – 5+ years experience
- Linux RHEL 8 Server Administration – 5+ years experience
- Bash/Korn shell scripting – 2+ years experience
- PowerShell Scripting – 2+ years experience
- SQL Scripting – 5+ years experience
