Key Responsibilities

🔹 Facilitate and Lead Improvement Projects:

• Coach and mentor project leaders in change management strategies.
• Collaborate with regional Operational Excellence Leaders to ensure company standards are met across all sites.

🔹 Support Planning:

• Define program scope and content to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote the use of contemporary problem-solving tools and industry best practices.

🔹 Deployment Support:

• Assist plant and functional leaders in deploying Operational Excellence programs.
• Train and develop employees in problem-solving methods and techniques.

Qualifications

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent technical degree and experience).

💼 Experience:

• 5+ years in operational excellence within a top-notch manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong background in coaching, training, and facilitating high-performance teams.

🛠️ Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills with a financial and general business background.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing all levels of an organization.

📜 Certifications:

• Lean or Six Sigma certification is highly desired.
