Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations of the hospital.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Oversee accounts receivable management, billing, collections, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the revenue cycle team and other stakeholders to improve financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure they meet or exceed best practice standards.

Requirements
