About The Role

The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to swiftly resolve any issues. Must be willing to listen attentively, continuously learn, and effectively address any customer inquiries.


Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus by assessing customers’ needs to provide accurate solutions, troubleshooting steps, or guidance for a positive customer experience.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems proficiently.
  • Learning and adhering to all customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Working towards exceeding personal and team targets.
  • Recording, organizing, and maintaining customer interactions and account updates.
  • Proficient in up-selling when required.
  • Scheduling call-backs and appointments to address customer requirements effectively.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in phone and other communication platforms.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology.
  • Strong multitasking ability.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Active listening skills and effective communication.
  • Customer-focused approach for a positive customer experience.
