Opportunity: 5 month Contract
Location/Schedule: Charlotte, NC - HYBRID after training
Compensation: $19/hour
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards.
Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue to provide audit trails and statistical analysis.
Follow established payroll guidelines.
Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures.
Process off-cycle checks according to standard procedures.
Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
Payroll processing knowledge preferred
SAP experience preferred
