We're working with a legacy client that is a leader for professional services clients. They are used by 90%+ of this industries top competitors. You will become the super-user of this software and communicate directly with clients on issues encountered by customers. You'll also become more technical by learning about how to leverage data via migrations and extractions from CSV files. You can come from a background of technical support, product support, or a call center environment.
Qualifications:
1-3 years in a customer service facing position
Some exposure to a technical role
Strong excel skills
Strong communication skills.
